		<description>Did you respond to an email to verify?  I have used paypal for MANY transactions and have never had a problem.  You need to be sure that you go direct to their site and never click on a link in an email.  I receive many 'fishing' emails trying to get my information.  I always forward them to spoof@paypal.com and get a quick response from them verifying that the email is indeed a fishing email.</description>
